If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. All purchases are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee.
A Returns address will be given along with your Returns Number:
In all return correspondence please indicate your order ID, the items you are returning, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. You can return your order, to the address above, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed in advance. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We will issue a returns number together with the return address. Items for return will not be accepted without a valid returns number. We strongly suggest using a recorded signed for service that requires a signature on delivery.
Mark your returned item(s) with our returns address and your given returns reference number clearly labelled on the outside. No returns information will be given over the phone. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or refunds on items which have been reduced in our sale.
Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
The original postage cost is not refundable unless items are faulty or incorrect. If you return an item to us that was faulty on delivery, or if we made a mistake of any kind, we will refund you the return
postage costs. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of items sent special delivery, we can only credit you up to the amount that the package would cost if sent Royal Mail Recorded.
NOTE: If you place an order using our free UK Delivery over £50* and you return an item, you are subject to a minimum £2.99 postage charge to cover our costs.
